- 1
Pre-register and learn the map
Claim store milestones, then read the Aesoland map and the release-date page so you know what the current test actually contains.
- 2
Pick a class and a first weapon
Assault, Disruptor, or Support. Pair that with Great Sword, Dual Blades, Bow, or Lance before you touch a named Adventurer gacha pull.
- 3
Learn Classic versus Adventure controls
Classic Mode maps signature moves to skill buttons. Adventure Mode is three inputs. Both are covered in the controls guide.
- 4
Hunt a Radiant, then rebuild the squad
Radiant Rathalos is not a palette swap. Plan the kit, then use the squad builder to keep Assault, Disruptor, and Support on the same hunt.
Wiki FAQ
Straight answers for hunters landing on Aesoland.
Is Monster Hunter Outlanders a Roblox game?
No. It is an official Capcom-licensed mobile title developed by TiMi Studio Group (Call of Duty: Mobile, Pokémon Unite) and published by Level Infinite, with Garena handling parts of Southeast Asia.
When does Monster Hunter Outlanders release?
Capcom and TiMi have not locked a global day-one date. Pre-registration is live on the App Store and Google Play as of 26 August 2026. Some regional store listings have mentioned mid-December 2026; treat that as unverified until the official channels say it.
Is it free to play?
Yes, with in-app purchases. TiMi has said content is not pay-to-win and Adventurers can be earned through play. Ranking modes will be the first place to watch if that promise slips.
How many players can hunt together?
Solo or cooperative parties of up to four. Empty seats can be filled by AI depending on the mode; the intended endgame hunts want human coverage of Assault, Disruptor, and Support.
What languages does the game ship?
The official site lists English, Japanese, German, Spanish, French, and Simplified Chinese. This wiki covers English, Japanese, German, and Spanish. Legal pages stay in English for every locale.
